【摘要】 目的探讨宫角妊娠的超声声像图特点及其诊断价值。方法对33例经手术及病理证实的宫角妊娠声像图进行回顾性分析,总结宫角妊娠的超声声像图特点。结果 33例宫角妊娠声像图主要表现为孕囊型14例,混合包块型19例。混合包块型因声像图不典型,与输卵管间质部妊娠等疾病不易区别而容易误诊。结论超声对宫角妊娠的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics and diagnostic value of uterine corner ultrasonographic pregnancy.Methods To summarize ultrasonographic characteristics of comual pregnancy by analyzing retrospectively sonogram of comual pregnancy in 33 cases.Results The sonogram of 33 cases of comual pregnancy mainly were pregnant cystic in 14 cases and mixed mass - based,mixed - mass model with atypical sonogram in 19 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound has significant value for the cornual pregnancy diagnosis and differential diagnosis.更多还原
