【摘要】 干粉吸入剂(dry power inhalers,DPI)是目前临床上使用较为广泛的一种肺部给药制剂,通过特定的吸入装置将微粉化后的药物粉末通过患者的呼吸分散传递至肺部,DPI的成功开发需要借助良好的给药装置设计和严格的处方筛选,同时应该在患者的不同生理病理情况下均有稳定的表现。文中对影响DPI设计开发的几个关键因素进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various dry powder inhalers(DPI) are available in clinical uses.DPI contains an inhaler device,which can deliver a micronized dry powder formulation of an active drug to the lung during patient’s respiration.The design of both formulation and inhaler devices is essential to the successful development of DPI.DPI should perform constantly and reliably in different physical and pathological situations of the patients.This paper presents some key factors in the design of DPI.更多还原
