RP-HPLC测定七味葡萄散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立七味葡萄散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱为菲罗门科技Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%乙酸溶液(30∶70),检测波长为403 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.52~41.6μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均加样回收率为99.92%,RSD为0.62%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于七味葡萄散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysaffor yellow A in Qiwei Putao powder.Methods:The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% acetic acid solution(30∶70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 403 nm.Results:Hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of 0.52~41.6 μg·mL-1 showed a good linear relationship(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 99.92%,and RSD was 0.62%(n=6).Conclusion:This accurate and reliable RP-HPLC method can be used for the determination of hydroxysaffor yellow A in Qiwei Putao powder.
