碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物体内外释药相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:研究碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物体内外释药相关性,考察该复合物缓释性能。方法:采用转篮法对复合物进行体外释放度测定;以大鼠为实验对象对复合物进行体内吸收实验,按照Wagner-Nelson公式计算吸收分数。结果:碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物的体外释放度(F)与体内吸收分数(f)的回归方程为:F=2.9802f-35.948,相关系数为0.9608。结论:碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物体内外释药相关性良好,表现出良好的缓释性能。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate in vitro/vivo drug release correlation and sustained release performance of carbon nanotubes-isoliquiritigein complex (CNTs-ISL).Methods:Drug release rates in vitro from CNTs-ISL was determined by the rotating basket method.Drug Absorption in vivo of CNTs-ISL was investigated in rats and Absorption fraction was calculated according to Wagner-Nelson’s equation.Results:Regression equation between in vitro drug release fraction(F) and in vivo Absorption fraction(f) from CNTs-ISL was as follow:F=2.980 2 f-35.948,and the correlation coefficient was 0.960 8.Conclusions:There is a significant correlation between in vitro drug release rate and in vivo Absorption rate and a good sustained release performance for the CNTs-ISL.
