【摘要】 目的:探讨抑亢散联合甲巯咪唑治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves病)时,对甲状腺功能、甲状腺体积及突眼等的影响。方法:将126例Graves病患者随机分为两组,每组63例,治疗组采用抑亢散联合甲巯咪唑治疗,抑亢散每次1袋,bid,甲巯咪唑每次10 mg,tid,对照组仅服甲巯咪唑,剂量同前。治疗后15和30 d随访,以后1~2个月随访1次,随访6个月以上,每次均测定游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酸抗体(TPOAb)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺体积和患者的突眼度,了解并评价患者治疗后的疗效。结果:除对照组15 d时症状和体征改变不明显外,两组治疗后症状及体征均有改善(P<0.01);改善甲亢心悸、恶热、多汗、食欲亢进、消瘦等,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组TPOAb,TGAb均逐渐下降,3和6个月时治疗组对TPOAb、TGAb、突眼及甲状腺肿大的显效率、有效率优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:抑亢散联合甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病短期内可改善甲状腺肿症状和体征,提高甲状腺肿和甲亢性突眼的疗效,是值得推广的一种临床治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Yikang powder combined with tapazol in the patients with Graves disease(GD).Methods:126 cases of GD were randomly divided into two groups.Test group was treated with Yikang powder(one pouch,bid) combined with tapazol(10mg,tid).Control group was treated with tapazol alone.All subjects were evaluated with serum FT3,FT4,TPOAb,TGAb levels,goitre volume and exophthalmos at 15 and 30 d after therapy,and then every 1～2 month for all of the follow-up period over 6 months.Results:The clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment in both groups,except control group in 15 days(P<0.01).The efficacy on improving palpitation,aversion to heat,sweating,bulimia and maransis was better in the test group than that in the control group respectively(P<0.01).TPOAb and TGAb level was decreased gradually.After 6 months,the differences of the excellence rate and effective rate between the two groups were significant in TPOAb,TGAb,goitre volume and exophthalmos(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Yikang powder plus tapazol can improve thyroid clinical symptoms and signs,and it showed effect on adjusting goiter volume and exophthalmos.更多还原
