【摘要】 目的:在调查我国心理咨询/治疗师现状的基础上,了解我国未来心理咨询/治疗师的人力资源的需求,为科学地制定培训人员计划及对心理咨询/治疗师的发展和规划提供依据。方法:对全国19个省或直辖市的130个机构的心理咨询/治疗相关工作部门的负责人进行问卷调查,获得单位负责人对心理咨询/治疗师的当前工作状况和未来需求的预期情况。结合国外标准和中国实际需要,通过有关专家关于人力资源需求的咨询,采用文献收集法、调查法和人力/人口比值法对未来的心理咨询/治疗师需求进行数值预测。结果:根据专家提供的单位专业人员情况的变化,计算得知专业人员年增长率12%;根据专家估计,目前我国每10000大学生配备的心理咨询/治疗师为1.891,按照专家估计的14.27%的增长率,2015年将增长到4.232人。综合估计结果显示,每10000居民配备的心理咨询/治疗师目前为0.38,按照12%增长率,到2015年将增加到0.92人;而对于大学的配备则与专家估计较为相似。结论:我国在短期内尚难以实现达到西方发达国家的心理咨询/治疗师配备标准。了解我国现状和期望要达到的目标,有利于加强政策规划以及合理最优化使用心理咨询/治疗专业人才进行和谐社会的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To predict the future requirement of counselors/psychotherapists based on the investigation of the current number and distribution of counselors/psychotherapists.Methods:The persons in charge of surveyed 130 organizations in 19 provinces all over the country were surveyed by administrating self-designed questionnaire,to gain their understandings of the current and future estimation of counselors/psychotherapists’ working conditions in the corresponding organization.Combining the developed countries’ data and the actual counseling and psychotherapy situation in China,this research used literature study,sample survey and ratio of health care staffs and population approach to estimate the number of the future practitioners.Results:Sample survey suggested the increase rate of counselors/psychotherapists was 12% in general.The sample survey also suggested the current number of counselors/psychotherapists for every 10000 university students was 1.891 in 2007,and this number would increase to 4.232 in 2015 with the increase rate of 14.27%.This research made an estimation based on the current data and estimated the current number of counselors/psychotherapists for every 10000 residents was 0.38,and this number would increase to 0.92 in 2015 with the increase rate of 12%,while the prediction for university students was consistent with sample survey.Conclusion:It is still hard to get the ideal ratio of practitioners to residents or university students in China in near future.This research would give some insight to reach a better understanding of the current number and distribution of counselors/psychotherapists,which can serve as basic data to frame the relevant policy and optimizing the human resources in the field of counseling and psychotherapy.更多还原
