【摘要】 [目的]观察祛瘀消积颗粒治疗中医辨证属胃络瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变患者的疗效。[方法]151例CAG癌前病变胃络瘀阻证患者,随机分为2组,治疗组76例予祛瘀消积颗粒治疗,对照组75例予胃复春治疗,均治疗12周观察疗效。[结果]治疗组的临床、胃镜和病理疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组抗幽门螺杆菌疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]祛瘀消积颗粒对胃络瘀阻证CAG癌前病变患者有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Quyu Xiaoji granule in treating patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),which was defined as gastric network stagnation syndrome in TCM.[Methods]One hundred and fifty-one patients diagnosed as gastric network stagnation syndrome in TCM with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)were randomly distributed into two groups,the therapy group(treated with Quyu Xiaoji granule)involing 76 cases and the control group(treated with Weifuchun)involing 75 cases.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Then the efficacy were evaluated.[Results]Clinical,endoscopic and pathological efficacy was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05);The difference of efficacy of anti-Helicobacter pylori infection between the two groups has no statistical significance.(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Quyu Xiaoji granule has preferable efficacy in precancerous lesions of CAG.更多还原
