兴澄新型中间包钢液流动行为水模型研究

【摘要】 本文通过1∶3的比例对兴澄特钢新型中间包进行了等温物理水模型研究。主要通过平均停留时间和不同流之间的一致性对实验结果进行分析。分析表明:没有任何控流装置与只采用湍流抑制器是不可行的;挡墙内冲击区大小的选择需与孔洞的个数、尺寸以及位置等因素综合考虑;采用挡墙与湍流抑制器结合、挡墙与坝结合的综合控流装置对中间包流场的改进效果比较明显。最后在前面分析的基础上提出了三种相应的优化方案,但优化方案的选取还需考虑工厂的实际情况。

【Abstract】 Through the isothermal physical simulation,a water model system of the new designed tundish in Xing Cheng Special Steel is established by the ratio of 1∶3.Mean residence time and the similarity among the strands of tundish are involved in the analysis of experimental data.The analysis shows:not any flow control device and only using turbulence inhibitor are infeasible.The pouring area in the baffle and the number,size,position of the inclined hole in the baffle should be considered together.The baffle uses with the dam and turbulence inhibitor has an effective improvement on the fluid flow in the tundish.Three optimal schemes are proposed in the last,however,the best optimal scheme should be considered with the practical situation in the plant.
