碱金属碳酸盐助熔剂对绿色荧光粉(La,Ce,Tb)PO4性能的影响
Effect of Alkali Carbonate Fluxes on Properties of (La,Ce,Tb)PO4 Green Phosphor
【摘要】 用共沉淀-高温固相复合法制备了(La,Ce,Tb)PO4荧光粉。通过发光性能、粒度和SEM测试,研究了不同碱金属碳酸盐助熔剂及其用量对荧光粉的粒度、亮度、颗粒形貌、热稳定性等的影响。结果表明在荧光粉中加入助熔剂Li2CO3,Na2CO3,K2CO3后,荧光粉的粒径(D50)均有不同程度增大,且使得荧光粉前躯体众多小晶粒长成了单一的大尺寸的颗粒;随着助熔剂含量的增加,荧光粉的粒径(D50)逐渐增大,添加助熔剂后,荧光粉的亮度有不同程度的提高,添加0.6%的Li2CO3亮度达到最大值,继续增加,亮度降低;分别添加0.3%,0.9%的Na2CO3,Na2CO3,亮度值达到最大。此外,添加碱金属碳酸盐助熔剂能有效改善荧光粉的热稳定性,其中添加Li2CO3的荧光粉的热稳定性最好,Na2CO3的次之,K2CO3的最差。
【Abstract】 (La,Ce,Tb)PO4 phosphors were synthesized via co-precipitation & high temperature solid state method.The effects of alkali carbonate fluxes and their dosage on grain size,luminance,morphology of particles,thermal stability were studied though the test of luminescent property,particle size and SEM.The results showed that particle size increased in different degree by adding Li2CO3,Na2CO3 and K2CO3 as fluxes into the phosphor materials.And it also made phosphor precursor grew up from numerous small particle to single big particle.The particle size increased gradually with increasing of flux content.After adding flux,the brightness of phosphor increased in different degree.The highest brightness was obtained when the content of Li2CO3 was 0.6%.When the content of Li2CO3 increased,the brightness decreased.And the highest brightness could be obtained when the contents of Na2CO3 and K2CO3 were 0.3% and 0.9% respectively.Moreover,the thermal stability of LAP phosphors could be improved effectively after adding alkali metals carbonate as flux.Thereinto the thermal stability of LAP with adding Li2CO3 was the greatest,with Na2CO3 was the second,and with K2CO3 was the third.
