【摘要】 目的:研究丹参有效成分对HSC-T6细胞增殖的影响。方法:将复苏后处于对数生长期的HSC-T6单细胞悬液稀释成浓度为2.0×105/ml,并以0.1ml/孔接种,置于37℃、饱和湿度、5%CO2培养箱内培养,24小时后将不同稀释度的丹参有效成分按0.1ml/孔加入培养孔。实验另设培养液空白对照组和细胞对照组。每24小时观察细胞形态及其生长状况,实验第4天弃上清液,以MTT法用酶标仪测定OD值,计算出药物对细胞增殖的抑制率。结果:丹参有效成分1/1、1/2、1/4、1/8、1/16倍稀释浓度时对HSC-T6细胞增殖的抑制率分别为74%、73%、67.4%、63.8%、38.6%、1/32以下浓度则抑制率明显降低。结论:丹参有效成分有明显抑制HSC-T6细胞增殖的作用,且有明显的浓度依赖,在8倍稀释浓度时的抑制率较高且细胞破坏较轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of cell proliferation of HSC-T6 cell line affected by salvia effective components.Methods:Incubated cell HSC-T6 into 96-well plate with concentration of 2.0×105 /ml,0.1ml/well,and then salvia effective components in different concentration 24h later.The forth day,OD value of cell was measured by MTT.The ratio of proliferate to inhibit was measured.Results:Proliferation of HSC-T6 was inhibited by salvia effective components.The more the concentration was,the stronger the inhibitory effects were.It has dose-effect relationship.Salvia effective components in different concentration,the ratio of proliferate to inhibit were 74%,73%,67.4%,in 1/2,1/2,1/4,then lower and lower.Conclusion:Salvia effective components has obvious inhibitory effect on proliferation of HSC-T6,and obvious concentration-dependent.更多还原
