【摘要】 目的探讨产前超声检查对膜状胎盘及其合并症的价值。方法对2005年1月~2008年12月该院常规产前超声检查的74 876病例中的经病理证实的21例膜状胎盘的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果膜状胎盘的发生率0.28‰(21/74 876),产前超声提示18例,准确率85.71%(18/21)。21例膜状胎盘患者中6例行剖宫产,2例自然分娩,13例引产。结论产前超声诊断膜状胎盘的准确率高。超声检查对胎儿预后估测及临床处理有重要的指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To discuss the value of antepartum sonography in diagnosis of membranaceous placenta.【Methods】Retrospective analyzed the datum of 21 cases who were confirmed with membranaceous placenta by pathology in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2008.【Results】Incidence rate of membranaceous placenta was 0.28‰(21/74 876),18 cases had the hints from antepartum sonography,the accurate rate was 85.71%(18/21).Among the 21 cases who were confirmed with membranaceous placenta: 6 cases had caesarean birthed,2 cases had natural childbirthed,13 cases had induced abortion.【Conclusion】Antenatal sonographic has high accurate rate in diagnosis of membranaceous placenta.It is valuable to estimate the prognosis in antenatal sonographic.更多还原
