【摘要】 目的总结手指、足趾末节软组织血管球瘤的发病特点和诊断方法。方法对2000年8月～2008年12月共治疗的11例手指、足趾末节软组织血管球瘤进行回顾性分析:其中女性10例,男性1例;发生于手指指腹9例,足趾趾腹2例;病变部位在环指6例,在中指3例,第4趾2例;病程最长7年未得到明确的诊治;11例Love氏试验和冷敏感试验均阳性,明确诊断后均予手术摘除,术后疼痛症状和阳性体征全部消失。结果 11例中9例经过9个月～9年的随访,有1例足趾因疼痛症状复发而再次手术,术中未见有明显的瘤体,切除趾神经周围的疤痕组织后,疼痛消失。其余8例均无复发。结论手指、足趾末节软组织血管球瘤好发于女性,并好发于环指。提高对软组织血管球瘤的认识可得到早期的诊断和治疗,手术中完整摘除瘤体是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up outbreak characteristic and diagnosis method for glomus tumors in soft tissue at tip of finger and toe. MethodsTo sum up outbreak characteristic and diagnosis method for glomus tumors in soft tissue at tip of finger and toe. ResultsThere are 8 cases have been followed up 9 m～9 y, 1 case had to have operation again for pain recur, tumor has not been observed, pain disappeared after scar around nerve of toe was excised. 7 cases did not recur.ConclusionGlomus tumors in soft tissue at tip of finger and toe was more common in females,it occurs more often at ring finger. Recognize glomus tumors in soft tissue could be diagnosis and treatment early, surgically excised completely is key point.更多还原
