【摘要】 目的探讨60岁以上老年人断指再植的特点及疗效。方法对60岁以上老年人断指进行再植45例共50指,其中拇指15指,食指13指,中指10指,环指12指。结果再植50指,成活45指,成活率90%。经6～12个月随访,42指基本恢复外形及部分功能,按照中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试行标准评定,优良率为84%。结论老年人拇手指离断在掌握适应证前提下仍可行断指再植术。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the characteristics and effects of replantation of amputated finger in patients over 60 years old.【Methods】Totally 50 amputated fingers in 45 cases(all over 60 years old) were replanted.Location of the replanted digits were the thumb in 15 cases and the other fingers in 35.【Results】Among the 50 fingers,45 fingers survived and 5 underwent necrosis.The survival rate was 90%.A 6 to 12 month follow-up showed that 42 fingers displayed satisfactory appearances and partial functions.According to the criteria by Society of Hand Surgery of Chinese Medical Association,the results were excellent in 84% patients.【Conclusions】It is important for amputated finger in the aged people to be replanted with appropriate indication.更多还原
