【摘要】 目的比较麦默通与Tru-cut针活检在乳腺癌穿刺确诊中的差别。方法回顾性调查湘雅医院乳腺科2007年5月～2010年5月共511例采取术前穿刺的乳腺癌患者,其中采取麦默通穿刺患者203例,Tru-cut针穿刺活检308例。结果麦默通确诊为癌197例,穿刺准确率为97.0%;Tru-cut针确诊为癌288例,穿刺准确率为93.5%,其中有5例患者通过Tru-cut针活检病理未明确报告为乳腺癌,改行麦默通穿刺活检确诊为癌。结论麦默通与Tru-cut针在乳腺癌穿刺准确率方面差异无显著性,但在某些方面麦默通系统相比Tru-cut针仍具有其独有的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To compare the difference of Mammotome and Tru-cut needle biopsy in diagnosis of breast cancer.【Methods】A retrospective investigation was made for breast cancer patients enrolled into Department of Breast Surgery in Xiangya Hospital from May 2007 to May 2010.A total of 511 breast cancer patients were taken to puncture before surgery,among which 203 patients took Mammotome biopsy and 308 patients had Tru-cut needle biopsy.【Results】Totally 197 patients were pathologically diagnosed as breast cancer by Mammotome whereas 288 patients by Tru-cut needle,the accuracy rates were 97.0% and 93.5%,respectively.The pathological breast cancer reports were not clear in 5 patients through Tru-cut needle,but then Mammotome biopsy confirmed breast cancer.【Conclusion】There is no statistical difference between the two biopsy systems,but in some ways Mammotome system still has its unique advantage compared with Tru-cut needle system.更多还原
