【摘要】 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 2006年8月～2009年10月运用T型锁定钢板治疗23例桡骨远端粉碎骨折,男15例,女8例;年龄18～67岁,平均42.3岁;平地摔伤2例,高处坠落伤6例,交通伤11例,重物砸伤4例;闭合骨折17例,开放骨折6例(按Gustilo分型Ⅰ型4例、Ⅱ型2例);受伤至手术时间1～15d,平均6.7d;17例取自体髂骨植骨充填。结果获随访6～15月,平均10.2月。采用Dienst功能评估标准,优良率达82.6%。结论运用T型锁定钢板不但能有效固定骨折,还可早期进行功能锻炼,是一种较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore effect of surgical treatment in distal comminuted fracture of radius with locking plate.【Methods】23 patients were involved.The mean age of these patients was 42.3 years,and the cohort included 15 men and 8 women.The mean time from injury to operation was 6.7 days.17 cases were filled with own iliac bone【.Results】Average follow-up time was 10.2 months.Wrist function was evaluated by dienst system,and good rate was 82.6%.【Conclusions】The use of locking plate fixed fracture not only is effective,but also can exercise early.Surgical treatment can achieve satisfactory effect.更多还原
