【摘要】 目的探讨改良B-Lynch子宫缝合法在胎盘严重黏连致难治性产后出血中的应用价值。方法回顾2005年2月-2009年2月剖宫产术中8例胎盘严重黏连致难治性产后出血病历,经常规抢救治疗无效后,2例行子宫次全切除术,6例采用改良B-Lynch子宫缝合法。结果应用改良B-Lynch子宫缝合法治疗的6例患者止血效果良好,无1例子宫切除。结论改良B-Lynch子宫缝合法用于剖宫产术中难治性产后出血可保留子宫,方法易行,止血快,效果确切且经济,无副作用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To discuss the application value of B-lynch suture technique for postpartum hemorrhage due to severe placental adherence.【Methods】8 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively studied due to severe placental adherence, in which 2 cases had subtotal hysterectomy and 6 cases had B-Lynch suture at the time of caesarean section between February 2005 and February 2009. 【Results】All 6 cases who had B-Lynch suture were effectively stanched with preservation of uterine.【Conclusion】B-lynch surgical technique is simple and effective for stanching postpartum hemorrhage of caesarean section,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
