【摘要】 目的研究寻常型银屑病患者外周血CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺调节性T细胞(CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞)水平的表达,探讨CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞在寻常型银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法对寻常型银屑病患者分期并进行Pasi评分,采用流式细胞术检测银屑病患者外周血CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞表达。结果银屑病患者外周血CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞占T细胞淋巴细胞的比例表达,寻常型明显低于正常对照组（P<0.05）;其中进行期明显低于静止期和正常对照组（P<0.05）;CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞占T淋巴细胞的比例与Pasi及病程评分无相关关系（P>0.05）。结论寻常型银屑病的发病与外周血CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞数目的减少有关,CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺Treg细胞占T淋巴细胞的比例与Pasi评分及病程无相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the relationship between the psoriasis and frequencies of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T-cells, in peripheral blood of psoriatic patient vulgaris. 【Methods】Flow cytometry was used to measure the percentages of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T cells among T cells from the peripheral blood of 35 psoriatic patients and 20 normal controls, the changes were investigated. 【Results】The percentages of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T cells among T cells from the peripheral blood of 35 psoriatic patients were significantly lower than the normal controls. Patients with progressive psoriasis displayed lower levels of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T cells than those of static psoriatic patient and the normal controls. The percentages of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T cells among T cells from the peripheral blood of 35 psoriasis patients were not significant correlated with PASI score and duration. 【Conclusions】The Psoriasis vulgaris may be related to the decrease of the percentages of CD₄⁺CD₂₅⁺ regulatory T cell in the psoriatic patients.更多还原
