等离子冲击波碎石治疗肝胆管残留结石

【摘要】 目的应用等离冲击波碎石的方法击碎胆管结石并达到取出结石的目的。方法对365例胆道探查术后胆管嵌顿结石,在胆道镜直视下用等离子冲击波碎石的方法击碎结石,然后用取石网篮取出结石。结果 365例胆管嵌顿结石均被等离子冲击波击碎。364例成功取尽结石,拔除T管,1例因胆管狭窄,残留结石太多而再次手术。结论等离子冲击波碎石是处理胆管嵌顿结石行之有效的好方法 。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To extract the residual incarcerated cholelithes by crushing the cholelithes with plasma shock wave. [Methods]Using plasma shock wave to crushing the residual incarcerated cholelithes which could hardly be extracted by fibrocholedochoscopy through the T-tube sinus in 365 cases. [Results] The residual cholelithes can be effectively extracted by fibrocholedochoscopy when the incarcerated cholelithes were crushed by plasma shock wave in 364 cases. Operation was performed again because the biliary tract is narrow in 1 case. [Conclusion]Phasma shock wave is a good and practice method for residual incarcerated cholelithes.
