【摘要】 目的探讨LUND理论对重型颅脑损伤患者治疗和预后的影响。方法将96例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为LUND理论治疗组及常规对照组。LUND理论治疗组于伤后24 h内按LUND理论治疗,余治疗同对照组。监测生命体征、颅内压以及入、出院时GCS及GOS评分。结果 LUND理论治疗组病死率25.0%,良好率41.7%;对照组病死率50.0%,良好率25.0%,有显著性差异。结论 LUND理论可提高重型颅脑损伤患者的生存质量,降低病死率,降低颅脑损伤后早期的高颅压,减轻脑水肿的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】This study evaluated the outcome of treatment according to the LUND concept in patientswith severe traumatic brain injury.【Methods】 A total of 96 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into a group guided by LUND theory and a control group by routine treatment.The former group received additional treatment derived from the LUND theory comparing with the latter.Vital signs,intracranial pressure and the GCS and GOS score in admission and discharge of all 96 patients were monitored and recorded.【Results】The mortality rate of the LUND group was 25.0%,and the favorable outcome rate was 41.7%;while mortalityrate of the control group was 50.0%,favorable outcome rate was 25.0%.There was significant difference between thetwo groups.【Conclusion】 LUND theory can help to alleviate the brain edema,decrease the intracranial hypertension and the mortality,improve the life quality of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.更多还原
