杂草稻人工老化和耐储藏特性的初步研究

【摘要】 提高水稻种子耐储藏特性有利于提高种子活力和延长水稻贮存时间。通过对13份上海地区收集的杂草稻和栽培稻的耐储藏特性的试验研究,结果表明所有杂草稻比栽培稻更耐老化处理,杂草稻中有5份在老化25d,2份在老化处理40d后仍保持一定的芽率,为相当优良的耐储藏特性材料。说明杂草稻是一种良好的耐储藏特性改良资源,有较好的利用价值。

【Abstract】 Thirteen accessions of weedy rice and six accessions of rice germplasm were collected in Shanghai were studied.All these materials were treated by 40℃ and 95% humidity every five days.The result showed that all weedy rice had a better anti-aging treatment.Particularly,five accessions of weedy rice germinated after 25 days’ artificial aging,and two accessions germinated after 40 days’ treatment.Overall,the weedy rice was useful in improvement for storage characteristics.
