一株咪唑乙烟酸降解菌的分离鉴定及其降解特性

【摘要】 利用富集驯化技术从长期生产咪唑乙烟酸的农药生产厂排污口处的污泥及污水中驯化培养得到能够降解咪唑乙烟酸的细菌1株,标记为P310-1。经形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rRNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为拜叶林克氏菌属(Beijerinckia sp.);菌株P310-1的最适生长条件为:28℃,pH值6,NaCl浓度为0.05g/L。其对咪唑乙烟酸的最大耐受浓度为2500mg/L;当接种量为5%时,该菌株在含100mg/L的咪唑乙烟酸的无机盐基础培养液中培养5d后,可使咪唑乙烟酸降解80%以上。

【Abstract】 A imazethapyr-degrading bacterium named P310-1 was isolated from the active sludge samples collected from the sewage outfall and sewage sludge of a imazethapyr plant by enrichment culture.Combining morphologic characteristics and physiobiochemical characteristics with 16S rRNA sequence analysis,strain P310-1 was identified as Beijerinckia sp.The optimal condition for growth of strain P310-1 was 28°C,pH6 and 0.05 g/L NaCl solution.In addition,the maximum tolerance concentration of the strain P310-1 to imazethapyr was 2500 mg/L.Imazethapyr was degraded more than 80% by strain P310-1 when it was cultured in 100 mg/L imazethapyr medium for 5 days.
