【摘要】 目的:观察布托啡诺与氟比洛芬联合应用于妇科术后的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法:全身麻醉下择期行剖腹手术的妇科患者60例,平均分为三组:Ⅰ组:单纯氟比洛芬;Ⅱ组:单纯布托啡诺;Ⅲ组:氟比洛芬加布托啡诺。记录术后生命体征、视觉模拟评分,同时记录手术后疼痛评分、镇静评分和不良反应。结果:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组镇痛效果显著优于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组肛门排气延迟发生率显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬复合布托啡诺用于妇科术后静脉镇痛可达到满意的镇痛效果并减少不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the analgesia and adverse reactions of butorphanol combined with flurbiprofen.Method:Sixty patients in department of gynecology,underwent celiotomy under general anesthesia,were randomized to three groups averagely.Group Ⅰ received butorphanol only,group Ⅱ received flurbiprofen only,and the group Ⅲ received butorphanol combined with flurbiprofen.Vital sign,visual analogue scales were monitored after surgery.Postoperative pain score,ramsay score,postoperative complications were recorded as well.Results:The effects of postoperative analgesia in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were better than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of anal discharge delay in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was lower than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients underwent gynecological surgery,butorphanol combined with flurbiprofen can provide satisfactory analgesia and reduce the adverse reactions.更多还原
