【摘要】 目的高效液相色谱法测定奥扎格雷钠的含量。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为272nm。结果奥扎格雷钠在4.0μg/ml～6.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996。平均回收率为98.65%,RSD=0.150%。结论该方法准确度高,灵敏度好,专属性强,适合奥扎格雷钠的含量测定。更多还原

Methods The mobile phase was consisted of the potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution methanol ( 75: 25) ,the detection wavelength was at 272nm. Results Linear range of oragrel sodium was 4. 0 ～ 6. 0 μg/ml,r = 0. 9996. The average recovery was 98. 65% ,S = 0. 148,RSD = 0. 150% . Conclusion This method is accurate,convenient and specific.
