【摘要】 目的改变护士工作模式,变被动服务为主动服务。方法 2010年初将护士站前移,护士应用治疗、护理、办公、书写为一体的多功能护理车作为"流动护士站",实行护士床边工作制。结果护理服务主动及时,提高了服务满意率;护士劳动强度减少,提高了工作效率;观察病情及时准确,提高了护理文书书写的准确性和客观性。结论多功能护理车作为"流动护士站"是护士床边工作的必备护理用具,其为护理服务提供了便捷、高效、主动的基础保障,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore better ways to change nursing service from reactive to proactive patterns. Methods We implemented mobile nursing stations by using all-purpose nursing cart to provide comprehensive nursing service in patients’medical ward in 2001. Results We found that using all-purpose cart delivered our nursing service timely and patients were more satisfied with our service. All-purpose nursing cart also helped nurses to accurately examine patients’conditions and to improve the quality of nursing documents. Thus,ultimately all-purpose cart reduced nurses’work load and made our nurses work more efficiently. Conclusion As a tool to improve nursing service,all-purpose nursing cart is a core component of mobile nursing stations which can provide a timely,efficient and proactive nursing service in patients’medical ward.更多还原
