【摘要】 目的建立复方达克罗宁薄荷脑润肤止痒水中薄荷脑的含量测定方法。方法采用旋光法直接测定薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑在1.13～5.65mg/ml浓度范围内,旋光度与浓度呈良好线性关系,回归方程α=86.46C+0.012,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%。结论本法操作简便,准确性好,适合复方达克罗宁薄荷脑润肤止痒水中薄荷脑的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To established the method for the determination of menthol in the Compound Dyclonine menthol antipruritic emollients water.Methods Optical Rotation was used to determine the content of menthol.Results The test of menthol was linear within the range of 1.13 ～ 5.65 mg/ml,r = 0.9998.The average recovery was 99.6% .Conclusion The methods are simple and accurate.And the methods are suitable to determine the menthol content in the Compound Dyclonine menthol antipruritic emollients water.更多还原
