【摘要】 目的比较多索茶碱和氨茶碱对哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者心功能的影响。方法随机分为多索茶碱治疗组及一般治疗两组,分别采用多索茶碱及氨茶碱静脉滴注,观察不良反应和临床症状改善。结果两组患者在心悸、心律失常以及总不良反应的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱对患者心功能的影响较氨茶碱弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the cardiac functional effect of doxofylline and aminophylline on asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.MethodsThe patient were randomly divided into Doxofylline treatment group and the general treatment group,intrarenous drip Doxofylline aminophylline respectirely,observed adverse effect and clinical symptom improvement.ResultsThe two group in the incidence rate of cardiopalmus、arrhythmia and total adverse reaction were significantly different(P<0.05).ConclusionThe cardiac functional effect of doxofylline are weaker than that of aminophylline.更多还原
