实时三维超声在肺部肿瘤诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨实时三维超声在肺部肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法使用实时三维超声对45例肺部肿瘤患者进行探查,并对超声图像进行分析,分类。结果根据三维图像可以判断肿瘤的性质。结论在实时三维图像上肺部肿瘤的大小,内部回声,空间形态及三维能量图显示清晰,根据三维超声综合图像可以诊断肿瘤的性质,实时三维超声在肺部肿瘤诊断及治疗中起到重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of diagosing of the lung tnmor with the Transparent Mode Real-Time three-dimensional ultrasounds.Methods The examine 45 case of the lung tumor with dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds.Analyse and sort their images.Results It’s clear to nourish blood vessel in three-dimensional energy images.For example,the tumor’s size,the tumor,s internal echo and space appearnce of dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds.We can judge the nature of the tumor according to three-dimensional view.Conclusion We can diagnose the characters of the tumor according to the three-dimensional ultrasounds comprehnsive images.The dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds play an important role in the tumor diagnose and cure.
