【摘要】 目的探讨早期和持续3个月的等速力量训练对骨性关节炎关节镜治疗效果的影响。方法选择2005年7月至2007年7月在江苏省沭阳县人民医院与泰山医学院附属医院就诊的骨性关节炎患者91例,分成实验组和对照组。实验组47例,经关节镜技术治疗后5d,再接受等速力量训练3个月,训练步骤:①本体感觉练习;②膝关节活动等长练习;③关节等速练习;④术后第1天开始进行股四头肌主动收缩练习。对照组44例,术后常规方法处理,不进行等速力量训练。结果 91例患者均随访1年。参照许文杰功能标准,实验组优13例,良25例,可7例,差2例,优良率达80.85%;对照组优7例,良21例,可12例,差4例,优良率达63.64%。两组比较χ2=12.99,P<0.005,结果有显著性差异。结论采用关节镜技术对骨性关节炎治疗,配合术后早期及3个月内持续等速力量训练可以有效提高膝关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects to osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy with earlier period and 3 monthes continues constant speed strength training.Methods The investigation was performed from July 2005 to July 2007.A total of 91 osteoarthritis cases from Shuyang people’s hospital of Jiangsu Province and Affiliated hospita of Taishan Medical College were divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group 47 cases were had a 3 monthes continues constant speed strength training after 5 days treated by arthroscopy according:①proprioceptive sense train;②isometry train of knee;③constant speed train of knee;④initiative musculus quadriceps fexoris contraction from 1 day after operation.Control group 44 cases were not given the training.Results All patients were followed up 1 year.According to XU Wen-jie function assessment system,the curative effect of experiment group was excellent in 13 patients,good in 25,fair in 7 and poor in 2,the excellent and good rate was 80.85%;while the curative effect of control group was excellent in 7 patients,good in 21,fair in 12 and poor in 4,the excellent and good rate was 63.64%.There was significant difference in two groups(χ2=12.99,P<0.005).Conclusion Earlier period and 3 monthes continues constant speed strength training after osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy can utility elevate the function of knee.更多还原
