【摘要】 目的探讨血清β-人绒毛膜促性激素(β-HCG)及孕酮检测在异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法分别检测46例异位妊娠患者和48例同期宫内早期妊娠妇女的血清β-HCG和孕酮的浓度值。结果异位妊娠组血清β-HCG和孕酮低于宫内妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以孕酮<15ng/ml作为诊断异位妊娠的临界点,其敏感度为91.3%,特异度为93.75%,阳性预测值为93.3%,阴性预测值为91.8%。结论血清β-HCG与孕酮联合测定可提高异位妊娠早期诊断的敏感性和特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of serum β-HCG and progesterone in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Serum β-HCG and progesterone were assayed of 46 cases were suspected to be ectopic pregnancy and 48 women who were intrauterine gestation.Results The serum β-HCG and progesterone value in ectopic pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in intrauterine gestation group(P<0.01).When the cut-off point of progesterone was<15ng/ml,the sensitivity and the specificity were 91.3% and 93.75% respectively,and the positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 93.3% and 91.8% respectively in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Combined assaying Serum β-HCG with progesterone can enhance the sensitivity and the specificity in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
