【摘要】 目的探讨经脐入路腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的可行性。方法 2009年2～9月对30例输卵管妊娠采用经脐入路腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术。脐上缘做一10mm横切口,置入腹腔镜,另2个操作孔在脐轮左、右两侧。结果 30例手术顺利完成,无中转常规腹腔镜手术或开腹手术。手术时间(30.6±7.7)min。术中出血量5～10ml。除脐部皱褶部位外,腹壁几乎无可见的手术瘢痕。术后恢复顺利,无出血、发热、皮下气肿等并发症。术后3d出院,术后血hCG降为正常时间(7.5±2.4)d。术后1个月随访28例,对手术的美容效果非常满意。结论经脐入路腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠在技术上是可行的,并具有良好的美容效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of transumbilical laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods A total of 30 women with tubal pregnancy were treated by transumbilical laparoscopic technique in our hospital from February to September 2009. Results All the operations were completed successfully without conversion to routine laparoscopic surgery or open surgery. The average operation time was (30.6±7.7) min. During the operation, the patients had 5-10 ml blood loss. No postoperative complications including bleeding, fever, and subcutaneous emphysema, occurred in our patients. No abdominal scar was found after the operation except in the skin folds around the umbilicus. All the patients were discharged 3 days postoperatively with satisfaction with cosmetic results. Follow-up was achieved in 28 patients for one month during which the serum level of hCG returned to a normal range in (7.5±2.4) days. Conclusion Transumbilical laparoscopic surgery is feasible for tubal pregnancy with good cosmetic results.更多还原
