【摘要】 采用不同定量预测方法,对湖北省"十二五"人口发展及主要卫生资源配置进行预测,发现卫生资源配置未来趋势,为卫生职能部门根据人口发展特点制定卫生资源中长期区域规划提供依据。预测显示:湖北省卫生资源拥有量已初具规模,但存在卫生资源总量和人均量不足以及资源配置不均衡问题,应优化卫生资源配置,提高卫生资源利用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The demographic development and main health human resources allocation during the period of 12th Five-Year Plan in Hubei Province was predicted by different quantitative methods.And its development tendency was analyzed.Based on which,the health administration department can make medium and long-term regional plan of health resources development according to the characteristic of the demographic development.The prediction results showed that,the number of health resource had been in shape in Hubei province,but some problems existed,such as insufficient quantity both of the total and per capita and unbalanced resource allocation.So the health resource allocation should be optimized to improve its efficiency.更多还原
