骨质疏松症患者重组人甲状旁腺素(1-34)治疗前后血清蛋白质分析

【摘要】 目的:寻找监测重组人甲状旁腺素(1-34)治疗骨质疏松症预后的蛋白质标志物。方法:应用双向电泳与质谱技术(MS+MS/MS)分析骨质疏松症患者重组人甲状旁腺素(1-34)治疗前后血清蛋白质表达谱变化,寻找差异表达蛋白质。结果:骨质疏松症患者通过重组人甲状旁腺素(1-34)治疗后较治疗前,性激素结合球蛋白水平下降,而锌指蛋白则表达上升。结论:初步认为性激素结合球蛋白和锌指蛋白在重组人甲状旁腺素(1-34)治疗骨质疏松症过程中发挥着重要调控作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discover proteomic marks for monitoring prognosis of osteoporosis,which were treated by recombinant human parathyroid hormone(1-34).Methods: Two-dimensional electrophoresis and Mass-Spectrum techniques(MS+MS/MS) were used to analyze the differential expression of proteins from the same osteoporosis patient before and after therapy by recombinant human parathyroid hormone(1-34).Results: Sex hormone-binding globulin was reduced after therapy,while zinc finger protein was increased.Conclusion: Sex hormone-binding globulin and zinc finger protein potentially played the important roles in therapy of osteoporosis by recombinant human parathyroid hormone(1-34).
