性病门诊1887例泌尿生殖道病原体感染检测分析

【摘要】 目的:了解本地区性病门诊患者泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体、解尿支原体、人型支原体、淋球菌及念珠菌等感染情况。方法:对1887例性病门诊患者泌尿生殖道分泌物进行衣原体、支原体、淋球菌及念珠菌等检测。其中,750例阳性患者中有249例同时进行衣原体、支原体及淋球菌检测。结果:病原体的阳性检测率分别为沙眼衣原体7.6%,解尿支原体31.1%,人型支原体8.7%,淋球菌37.6%,滴虫0.3%。经2χ检验,女性患者淋球菌感染检测率逐年下降,比男性患者更为明显,差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。解尿支原体与淋球菌混合感染检测率男性高于女性,两者间有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:1887患者支原体感染检测率以解尿支原体为主,淋球菌和念珠菌均有较高的检测率。女性患者淋球菌感染检测率逐年下降较为明显。病原体的混合感染,尤其是少见的三重、四重混合感染,应引起临床医师的高度重视。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the urogenital infection status of chlamydia trachomatis(Ct),mycoplasma urealytium(Mu),mycoplasma hominis(Mh),neisseria gonococcus(Ng) and Candida in patients with sexually transmitted diseases(STD) in Ningbo area.Methods: Infection prevalence of chlamydia,mycoplasma,gonorrhoeae and Candida in genitourinary tract secretions were screened from 1887 STD clinic patients.Among 750 positive patients,249 were screened for chlamydia,mycoplasmam and Ng simultaneously.Results: The prevalence of infection with Ct,Mu,Mh,Ng and trichomoniasis were 7.6%,31.1%,8.7%,37.6% and 0.3%,respectively.The prevalence of Ng infection in female patients was declined year by year,and the decreased rate was much more obvious in female patients than that in male patients(P<0.01).Moreover,the prevalence of the combined infection with Mu and Ng in male patients was significantly higher than that in female patients(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mu was the most common pathogen among 1887 patients studied,and Ng and Candida were also occurred at high infection rates.The prevalence of Ng infection in female patients was declined significantly year by year.However,more attention is deserved for the combined infection of different pathogens,especially the rarely observed multiple-pathogen combined infections in clinic.
