【摘要】 目的:了解乐清市育龄妇女宫颈脱落细胞人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染情况,提高女性对相关疾病预警和发生的重视,同时为诊治宫颈病变提供参考依据。方法:用专用宫颈刷取妇女宫颈脱落细胞,利用基因芯片技术检测23种HPV亚型。结果:3101例患者中检出HPV感染1013例,阳性率32.67%。其中宫颈上皮内瘤样变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)患者阳性率明显高于宫颈炎、宫颈湿疣(P<0.05),但宫颈炎与宫颈湿疣之间无差别(P>0.05),不同级别CIN之间有差别(P<0.05)。HPV阳性患者中基因型以高危型为主,前5位是HPV16、52、58、18和33;低危型以HPV6、11为主。宫颈癌HPV多重感染更多,占37.50%。结论:HPV检测为一种较为方便,创伤小,是一种有效的宫颈病变的筛查方法,对早期发现宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status of HPV infection of Women of Child-bearing Age in Yueqing City,and make the women pay more attention to the related diseases,also provide theoretical basis for diagnosing and treating uterine cervical cancer.Methods: Cervical exfoliated cells were gathered by proprietary sampling brush,23 Human Papillomavirus(HPV) genotypes of women were detected by gene chip technique.Results: Of 3101 women investigated,1013 women were positive for HPV(32.67%),and the positive rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) was significantly higher than that in cervicitises and cervical Condylomas(P<0.05).But the positive rate of cervicitises and cervical Condylomas didn′t have statistical significance(P>0.05).In different CIN grade,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Out of 3 subtypes of HPV,mostly was high risk types of HPV,which occupied the first five was HPV16,52,58,18 and 33,of the low risk types,HPV6 and 11were more than others.There were more multiple infections in cervical cancer patients,which account for 37.50%.Conclusion: The detection of HPV can be an effective screening method with less invasive and which was convenient,and which can be used in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and CIN.更多还原
