60CO-γ射线对维生素稳定性的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究钴60辐照对维生素稳定性的影响。方法:采用0、5、10、15 kGy60CO-γ射线对维生素A、D软胶囊进行辐照,以加速试验来评价脂溶性维生素稳定性与辐照剂量的相关性。结果:在加速90 d的条件下,未经辐照的软胶囊样品维生素A、D3含量仍能保留94.49%与94.56%;但经5~15 kGy剂量照射后,维生素A、D3分别下降27.8%、31.2%、36.9%及16.9%、26.2%、33.9%。结论:液态脂溶性维生素在常温下放置两年(加速试验)稳定性相当好,但一经照射其内在质量难以保证。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the stability of vitamin which is irradiated by 60CO-γ-ray.Methods: Vitamin A,D soft capsules were irradiated by 0,5,10,15 kGy 60CO-γ-ray.The relationship between the stability of lipid soluble vitamins and radiation dose was evaluated by accelerated test.Results: After 90 days accelerated test,soft+ capsule samples without irradiation can reserve 94.49% vitamin A and 94.56% vitamin D3.However,vitamin A,D3 decreased by 27.8%,31.2%,36.9% and 16.9%,26.2%,33.9% in samples with 5~15 kGy irradiation.Conclusion: Liquid lipid soluble vitamins are stable at room temperature for two years(accelerated test),but if they are irradiated by 60CO-γ-ray,their inherent quality can′t be guaranteed.
