河北省涉县发烧样病人盖塔病毒IgM抗体筛查

【摘要】 目的:了解涉县夏季发烧样病人中盖塔病毒感染情况。方法:采用抗体捕捉ELISA方法检测盖塔病毒IgM抗体。结果:涉县发烧样病人盖塔病毒IgM抗体阳性率0.63%(2/317)。结论:涉县夏季发烧样病人中存在盖塔病毒感染,但感染率很低。

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to study Getah virus inflection to patients with fever from She county in summer.Methods: To detect Getah virus IgM antibody by capture ELISA.Results: The positive rate of IgM antibody is 0.63%(2/317) in the patients with fever from She county.Conclusion: There were Getah virus infection in the patients with fever from She county in summer.But the infection rate was lower.
