一起由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒事件的病原溯源
Investigation of pathogens of a food poisoning event caused by Staphylococcus aureus
【摘要】 目的:运用基因分型技术对一起由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒进行溯源分析,探讨分子分型技术在突发应急事件中的应用。方法:用RiboPrinter全自动微生物鉴定系统和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)法对一起食物中毒分离的8株金黄色葡萄球菌进行基因分型和溯源性分析。结果:从病人肛拭中分离出的6株金葡菌和引起该食物中毒的食物中分离的2株菌株都属于同一克隆,且都产肠毒素。结论:此次食物中毒由同一株金黄色葡萄球菌引起,基因分型技术可以直观的判断分离菌的亲缘关系,为流行病学调查和溯源提供可靠而实际的依据。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogens of a food poisoning event by the method of genotyping,to study the molecular typing technique applied in emergency enents.Methods: The RiboPrinter automatic microbial characterization system and Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) were used to analyze eight isolates of Staphylococcus aureus.Results: Six strains isolated from patients and two strains isolated from foods were all the same and produce staphylococcal enterotoxins.Conclusion: The food-poisoning is caused by the same genotype of S.aureus strains.Genotypeing methods is helpful to find out the heredity background of isolated bacteria and to trace the source of an outbreak.
