水中毒死蜱和甲基毒死蜱的GC-ECD测定方法

【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定水中毒死蜱和甲基毒死蜱农药残留的测定方法。方法:水样经石油醚或环己烷提取后毛细管色谱柱分离,用GC-ECD方法进行测定。结果:该方法两种组分的线性范围0μg/L~300μg/L,相关系数r>0.999,定量检出浓度均<0.5μg/L,加标回收率分别为93.2%~108%;96.3%~103%,RSD均<5%(n=8)。同时对有机氯农残的干扰进行研究,又与GC-FPD方法进行比对,结果令人满意。结论:试验证明本方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、选择性好、萃取溶剂用量少毒性低等特点,适用于水中毒死蜱和甲基毒死蜱的检测分析。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl in water by gas chromatography-μ-electron capture detector(GC-μECD).Methods:Chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl in water were extracted with petroleum ether or cyclohexane.The analysis was performed by gas chromatography-μ-electron capture detector(GC-μECD).Retention times were used to confirm the pesticides.Results:The calibration curves of chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl were linear(correlatiom coefficient r>0.999) within the range of 0.001 μg/ml~300 μg/ml,respectively.The recoveries were ranged from 93.2%~108% and 96.3%~103%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) of the method was <5%(n=8) for each case,and the limit of determination(LOD) was 0.5 μg/L.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid.Its sensitivity and selectivity are high.The method is suitable for determining of chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl in water.
