鲍曼不动杆菌随机扩增多态性DNA的分子流行病学研究
Molecular epidemiological study of Acinetobacter baumannii by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA Analysis
【摘要】 目的:采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)基因分型方法监测鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染。方法:对临床分离的48株医院感染鲍曼不动杆菌进行RAPD基因分型,绘制亲缘关系树状图,分析菌株间的同源性,确证是否存在医院感染的院内流行。结果:48株鲍曼不动杆菌共分得10个型别,鲍曼不动杆菌存在医院感染的院内流行。结论:RAPD技术可对鲍曼不动杆菌进行分子流行病学研究。
【Abstract】 Objective:To monitor the nosocomial infection of Acinetobacter baumannii by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) assay.Methods:RAPD was used to genotype the 48 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from nosocomial infection.The homology of these strains were studied by mading dendrogram and than to confirm nosocomial infection outbreak of Acinetobacter baumannii.Results:48 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were grouped into 10 RAPD types.Outbreak of Acinetobacter baumannii was confirmed.Conclusion:RAPD can be used in the molecular epidemiological study of Acinetobacter baumannii.
