气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中5种有机磷
Determine five kinds of organophosphate in working site with gas chromatography
【摘要】 目的:探讨工作场所空气中有机磷的最佳试验条件。方法:采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,流动相高纯氮流速为26 ml/min,氢气流速为30 ml/min,空气流速为60 ml/min。结果:5种有机磷在0.1μg/ml~100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,精密度在1.1%~3.4%之间。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,适用于工作场所空气中有机磷的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the best trial condition for organophosphate in air of working site.Methods:Adopt HP-5 chromatographic column,the velocity of mobilic phrase high purity nitrogen is 26 ml/min,the velocity of hydrogen is 30 ml/min and the air is 60 ml/min.Results:The linear relation is good for five kinks of organophosphate within 0.1 μg/ml~100 μg/ml,the precision within 1.1%~3.4%.Conclusion:This is a convenient,speedy and accurate method which is suitable for Phorate measurement in working site.
