【摘要】 目的:毛细管柱测定甜蜜素的方法研究。方法:采用HP-5毛细管柱对甜蜜素进行分离,与10%SE-30填充柱对甜蜜素分离测定结果比较。结果:采用HP-5毛细管柱对甜蜜素进行分离,溶剂峰和样品峰能很好地分离,甜蜜素峰形好。结论:用HP-5毛细管柱对甜蜜素进行分离,分离效果好,定量结果更准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find a method for determinating cydamate.Methods:Comparing the determination results of using HP-5 capillary pillar and using the packed column to separate the cydamate.Results:The solvent peak and the sample peak were both well separated when using HP-5 capillary pillar to separate cydamate.The shape of cydamate was clear.Conclusion:The effect of using HP-5 capillary pillar to separate cydamate is obvious and accurate quantitative result has been achieved.更多还原
