3种食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法的比较研究

【摘要】 目的:探求快速、灵敏、可靠的食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法。方法:通过选择性鉴定试验、敏感性试验及其在食品检测中的应用效果对Baird-Parker平板涂布法、PetrifilmTM测试纸片法和Baird-Parker+RPF倾注法进行了比较研究。结果:3种方法检测金黄色葡萄球菌选择性良好,PetrifilmTM测试纸片法和Baird-Parker+RPF法敏感性较Baird-Parker法稍高,3种方法应用在食品检测中,金黄色葡萄球菌阳性检出率无显著性差异。结论:使用PetrifilmTM测试纸片法和Baird-Parker+RPF法检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌虽耗材费用高于Baird-Parker平板法,但检测时间可缩短一半以上,并可节省人力,具有快速、方便的优点,在日常检测中值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To find a rapid,sensitive and reliable method for detecting Staphylococcus aureus in food.Methods:Three methods including the Baird-Parker agar spread plate method,the PetrifilmTM test paper method and the Baird-Parker agar +RPF were compared by selective identification test,sensitivity test and effects of application in food examination.Results:These three methods had good selectivity for Staphylococcus aureus.The PetrifilmTM test paper method and the Baird-Parker agar +RPF method were slightly more sensitive than the Baird-Parker agar spread plate method.The positive rates of these three methods showed no significant difference in detection of Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:Although the costs of the PetrifilmTM test paper method and the Baird-Parker agar +RPF method are higher than that of the Baird-Parker agar spread plate method,the detection time of the former two methods can be shorter than half of that of the latter.In addition,regarding of their superiority of labor saving and convenience in use,the PetrifilmTM test paper method and the Baird-Parker agar +RPF method are worthy of promoting in routine food examination.
