【摘要】 目的:了解辖区内市售保健食品的营养卫生质量水平。方法:随机抽样104件,按照国家标准检验方法对其卫生指标和功效成分进行检测,根据国家标准和企业标准进行结果判定。结果:104件保健食品中,卫生指标和功效成分均合格的有91件,其中卫生指标合格103件,功效成分指标合格92件,总合格率为87.5%。结论:保健食品卫生质量有明显提高。功效成分是本次抽样检测不合格的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate quality level of nutrition and hygiene of health food sold in the market within the jurisdiction.Methods:Random sampling 104 products,using national standards to test health index and functional composition,using national standards and enterprise standards to judge results.Results:In 104 health food products,91 including health index and functional composition were eligible for a qualification rate of 87.5%,which 103 including health index were eligible,92 including functional composition were eligible.Conclusion:Hygienic quality of health food has obvious improvement,functional composition is unqualified for main factors of this time sampling test.更多还原
