【摘要】 目的:探讨血小板抗体检测对血小板输注效果的影响。方法:观察236例血液病患者的单采血小板输注效果并采用采用固相凝集法检测血小板抗体,分析血小板输注效果与血小板抗体检测结果之间的关系。结果:①血小板无效输注率为41.95%;②血小板抗体阳性检出率为38.13%;③血小板抗体阳性组输注无效率为75.56%,抗体阴性组输注无效率为21.23%,两组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);血小板抗体阳性组1 h和24 h CC I值明显低于抗体阴性组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:血小板输注前应进行血小板抗体检测,提高血小板输注的有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of platelet antibodies on platelet transfusion.Methods:The effect of platelet transfusion in 236 patients were observed,and platelet antibodies were detected using Solid-phase Coombs test.The relation between the effect of platelet transfusion and the detection result of platelet antibodies was analyzed.Results:①The platelet transfusion refractoriness(PTR) rate was 41.95% in patients.②The positive rate was 38.13% about platelet antibodies.③In positive group of platelet antibodies,the inefficiency of transfusion was 75.56%,and the inefficiency was 21.23% in negative group.There was significant difference between these two groups(P<0.001).The 1 h and 24 h CCI value in positive group of platelet antibodies were evidently lower than the negative group(P<0.001).Conclusion:It′s necessary to detcet the platelet antibodies before platelet transfusion so as to prevent the inefficiency of platelets transfusion.更多还原
