【摘要】 目的:探讨油松花粉对小鼠非特异免疫功能及NK细胞活性的影响。方法:分别以0.45、0.90、1.80 g/kg 3个剂量组的油松花粉给予小鼠灌胃30 d,然后进行碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能及NK细胞活性的测定。结果:油松花粉增强小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬和碳廓清能力,但对NK细胞活性无影响。结论:油松花粉具有增强小鼠非特异性免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of pine pollenon on non-specificity immune in mice.Methods:The mice were administerd at the doses of 0.45,0.90,1.80 g/kg,respectively for 30 days.The ability of mononuclear macrophage eliminating carbon and the mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity of pine pollen and function of NK cell were tested.And then 3 immune function indexes were measured to judge the effect of pine pollen on immune system.Results:Pine pollen strengthened the ability of mononuclear macrophage eliminating carbon and the mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity.Conclusion:Pine pollen can strengthen the non-specificity immune function.更多还原
