【摘要】 目的:掌握5岁以下儿童死亡原因及影响因素,提出相应干预措施,提高儿童保健服务质量,降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。方法:对长春市2009年5岁以下儿童死亡监测点中的64例儿童死亡进行评审分析。结果:2009年长春市5岁以下儿童死亡监测点死亡率为5.74‰,死因前五位的是出生窒息、肺炎、其他先天异常、先天性心脏病、早产低体重。评审结果可避免死亡占60.94%;不可避免死亡占39.06%。结论:大力开展宣传教育工作,加强儿童系统管理,提高医疗保健人员的业务技能,是有效降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的重要措施。更多还原
