【摘要】 评价乳杆菌FGM9菌株对昆明种小鼠的一般毒性作用。将80只小鼠随机分为8组,设两个阴性对照,分别灌胃和腹腔注射实验菌株,灌胃剂量分别为4.5×109、4.5×107和4.5×105CFU/mL,注射剂量分别为5.2×109、5.2×107和5.2×105CFU/mL,连续7 d记录小鼠的一般体征、中毒及死亡情况。结果各组小鼠均无死亡,未见任何毒性反应,健康体征均为Ⅰ级,各实验组体重变化与对照组相比无显著差异;各组小鼠未见任何异常病变,脏器系数与对照组相比亦无显著差异(P>0.05),血液学指标正常。表明乳杆菌FGM9菌株对小鼠无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective was to evaluate the general toxicity of the Lactobacillus strain FGM9 in KM mice.80 mice were randomly divided into 6 test groups and 2 control.The mice were given the FGM9 strain by stomach perfusion at 4.5×109,4.5×107 and 4.5×105 CFU/mL and intraperitoneal injection at 5.2×109,5.2×107 and 5.2×105 CFU/mL,respectively.After administered with FGM9,the toxic signs of the mice was recorded,organ coefficients and blood routine parameters were examined.The results showed there was no died cases and few adverse clinical signs in the treated mice during the period of experiment.Mice physical signs were Ⅰ level.There was no significant difference between the tested groups with the control.Thymus,spleen and liver coefficients were not different between the tested groups with the control(P>0.05).Hematological parameters were normal.These results suggested that the Lactobacillus FGM9 strain was safety and nontoxicity to mice.更多还原
