汽车前大灯振动可靠性试验夹具的设计与研究
Design and Research of Fixture for Vibration Reliability Testing of Auto’s Headlamps
【摘要】 为了保证汽车电器件在汽车正常行驶过程中不因振动而损坏,必须对其进行振动可靠性试验。本文研究了在某汽车电器振动可靠性试验中前大灯夹具的设计,设计中应用了有限元分析的方法对夹具模型的动态特性进行了分析和优化设计,并采用锤击法和实车路谱激励的方法对这些特性进行试验验证,验证结果表明夹具满足振动试验要求。
【Abstract】 In order to avoid the damage of the auto electric appliances due to vibration in driving,their vibration reliability testing is necessary.In this paper,design of auto headlamps fixture for the vibration reliability test is researched.Finite element method is used to analyze and optimize the dynamic properties of the fixture model.These properties are tested by hammering method and real carriageway spectra excitation method.The results show that the fixture meets the requirement of vibration test.
