基于动刚度实验的发动机悬置系统计算模型及模态验证

【摘要】 计算模型的真实性、可靠性是模型建立的关键问题,线性系统动力学模型不能适应参数呈非线性系统的建模。以发动机悬置系统为例,通过实验获得刚度和阻尼参数,用实验的质量矩阵、刚度矩阵建立系统动力学计算模型,通过实验运行模态与计算模态相关分析得到验证模型。结果表明考虑动刚度参数的计算模型比传统静刚度模型更接近真实情形。

【Abstract】 The practicality and reliability of computation model are the key problems in model building.The dynamic model of the linear system does not adapt to the nonlinear-parameter system.In this paper,the stiffness and damping parameters of an engine mount system are obtained in experiments.The corresponding mass matrix and stiffness matrix are used for establishing the dynamic computation model of the engine mount system.The model is validated by relative analysis of operational modal and calculated modal.Results indicate that the computation model including dynamic stiffness parameters is more practical than the traditional model of static stiffness.
