褐藻多糖硫酸酯对老龄小鼠GSH和GR含量的影响
Effect of algal polysaccharide sulfate on the GSH and GR content of aging mouse
【摘要】 目的研究褐藻多糖硫酸酯(APS)对老龄小鼠谷胱甘肽(GSH)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的影响。方法比色分析法测GR、GSH含量变化。结果褐藻多糖组小鼠脑、心、肾GR含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);褐藻多糖组小鼠脑、心、肾GSH含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论褐藻多糖能提高老龄小鼠机体GR、GSH活力,增强机体抗氧化能力。
【Abstract】 Objective to study the effect of algal polysaccharide sulfate(APS) on the GSH and GR content of aging mouse.Methods to measure the GR,GSH content with colorimetric analysis.Results GR content in brain,heart and kidney tissues in APS-treatment mouse is higher than that in control(P<0.05),GSH content in brain,heart and kidney tissues in APS-treatment mouse is higher than that in control(P<0.01).Conclusion APS can enhance the activity of GR and GSH of aging mouse,then increased the antioxidant capability of body.
